Algoma Pregnancy Centre...
Our purpose is to provide physical, emotional and spiritual support to women with pregnancy, parenting and post abortion concerns. We inform the clients on the physical, emotional and spiritual effects of each alternative: abortion, carrying to term, adoption and single parenting. The Centre freely acknowledges that it places value on all human life. We do not provide or refer for abortion. It is the desire of all of us involved in the Centre to follow the example of Christ by treating each person we serve with respect, understanding, and compassion.

Pauline's Place Youth Shelter...
Pauline’s Place Youth Shelter has 8 beds available for homeless youth (16-21 years old), until they find more permanent housing. The shelter is designed to be as muchlike a family enviroment as possible. The house is set up like a home with bedrooms, kitchen, family room and back yard. Youth may have to share a room depending upon the number of residents. The shelter is located in a central residential neighbourhood where bus routes are accessible.
